If you want to create a new Photoshop document, follow these simple steps:
First of all, if you look on the right of the screen you will see the default bar. To create a new document, you can either click File→New or simply press Ctrl+N. Either of these actions will open a dialogue box. In this box, you can define the image and resolution you want for the image.
Then, all the way to the right, you'll have the layer bar and the toolbar, as well as your workspace.
